The purpose of this Notice is to establish a list of economic operators, as a tool for identifying qualified suppliers for the supplying of goods and services necessary for meeting the Association’s organizational and operational needs, within and not greater than the threshold of 40,000.00 euros, in accordance with Art. 3.1 of the Association’s Regulations for the Purchase of Goods and Services.

The list is open and will be updated periodically, allowing those interested to submit their application for registration (Annex A) at any time.

Economic operators who possess the requirements given in Art. 5 of this Notice will be registered in the aforementioned List according to the categories of goods and services identified in Annex B to this Notice, which will be consulted by the Association observing the principle of rotation of invitations.
